AutoGlassQuoting.com is operated by Windshields To Go USA Inc. This policy explains what information we collect through AutoGlassQuoting.com, the online quoting service we provide to auto glass shops, and how we use it.

Information we collect

From the auto glass shops that hold an account with us: business name, contact name, email address, phone and mobile numbers, and the settings they choose for their account.

From people who request a quote or place an order through a shop's quoting page: the vehicle details, name, contact details and service address they enter, so the shop can quote, schedule and complete the work.

How we use it

We use this information only to provide the quoting service: to produce quotes, pass orders to the shop that will do the work, send the notifications an account holder has asked for, and provide customer support. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.

Text message notifications

Shops with an AutoGlassQuoting.com account can choose to receive order notification texts. A shop turns these on by signing in to its account, opening Settings and entering its own mobile number, and turns them off by clearing that number or by replying STOP to any message. The texts tell the shop that a new order has arrived for it. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

Message frequency varies with order volume. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time.

Your mobile number is never shared

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the categories in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties. We use a mobile number only to send the messages its owner asked for.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers are sent directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection and are not stored on our servers.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep account holders signed in and to make the quoting pages work. They are not used to sell advertising.

Security

Our sites use encrypted (HTTPS) connections and access to account information requires a sign-in. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect the information we hold.
